The three bedroom, two bathroom plan is filled with custom details that maximize the usability of the small living spaces giving way to an open backyard with a fire-pit lounge and adjacent garage studio. At the interior, the compact space is packed with both utility and high style living giving precedence to a large great room at the front of the house that opens onto a spacious outdoor dining area.
